2026-2027 School Year Full-Time SCVS Application Dates
2026-2027 Fall Application Date for a January 2027 Start: Opens Monday, November 30th, and closes Tuesday, December 15th
2027-2028 School Year Full-Time SCVS Application Dates
2027-2028 Spring Application Date for an August 2027 Start: Opens Tuesday, April 6th, and closes Monday, July 12th, at 11:59 pm.
Please note that this is only for full-time students. You can enroll as a Home Education student at any time. You can enroll as a “Flex” or “Part-time” student anytime and do not need to complete a packet.
The Application Process
Step 1
Determine whether you will complete the In-County or Out-of-County application, and click on your student's grade level for the 26-27 school year.
If your student is NEW to SCPS, you will also be required to complete New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) with our district and provide transcripts if your student is in high school.

Incomplete packets will not be accepted. Please DO NOT drop off your packet in person. Click below to complete it in the new window. Once all fields are completed, you will be able to send it to us electronically. Old packets from previous years will not be accepted.
Step 2
You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been sent to the email address you used to complete the application. You must go to your email to confirm your signature for your application to be submitted.
Step 3
The enrollment team will review your application. If your student has an IEP, a 504, or is an ELL student, SCVS is required to hold a virtual meeting/Student Study Meeting with you. This may take up to two weeks to schedule.
Step 4
One of the enrollment team members will contact you regarding your application and the next steps. Please make sure that you are monitoring your email/phone. This may take up to two weeks, depending on the volume of applications.
Please note that enrollment at SCVS is an application process, not an enrollment process, that must be completed each and every year. Enrollment at SCVS does not roll over. This means that enrollment is not automatically granted.
