Student 2022-23 Snap Shot
SCPS is working with a local data analytics firm to develop a Snapshot report that will capture parent, student and school staff perceptions through participation in a very short survey about your experiences with our schools. The survey results will be collected and analyzed by the firm. All responses are collected anonymously - no personally identifiable information will be included as a part of the survey.

5Essentials Student Survey
Dear Student,
We want to know what YOU think! Your school district invites you to participate in the 5Essentials Survey. In this survey, you will be asked questions about your classes and homework, interactions with your teachers and classmates, and school safety. This is NOT a test and there are NO wrong answers. Your answers are confidential and will not be shared. However, your responses will be combined with those of other students in your school to inform your school about what students in your school think, do and experience. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Therefore, you may skip any question that you do not wish to answer and may discontinue participation at any time without penalty. This survey should take you 30 minutes or less to complete. Remember, this is your chance to help improve your school - Don't pass it up! Thank you for your help.
